My Little Town has a no return policy.
If an item is defective you have 10 days to notify us and return the item for a replacement. You will need to provide us with proof of purchase (date of purchase, order number, receipt number), for us to replace defective merchandise.
The return shipping cost is your responsibility if your order had free shipping. My Little Town will cover the cost of reshipping a new item to you.
My Little Town frequently has discounts and online specials. Please be aware that My Little Town cannot and will not adjust pricing from a past or future order that did not take full advantage of the specific discount or special.
Our online store and seasonal brick and mortar store operates independently.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
